You are advised to read the following Refund Policy in regards to how TROOGLES processes your bookings, amendments or cancellations of your bookings.

If any tours or part thereof are cancelled or cannot be conducted due to Force Majeure, TROOGLES shall not be responsible to provide any refund. In the event of any cancellation by the client, any promotional codes or vouchers with monetary value used by the customer on the relevant booking shall be rendered null and void. No monetary value shall be assigned to the refund. It is also understood that there shall be no refund if the client does not or cannot utilize any of the services such as hotels, sightseeing, rides, cruises, meals, entrance fees, optional tours etc., due to any reason. However, TROOGLES reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refund clients based on various factors (e.g. number of participants or cancellation policies of suppliers, etc.). All decisions by TROOGLES regarding refunds are final, and no complaint or appeal will be entertained.

Terms of Refund

Refunds for amendments and/or cancellations will be paid directly to the client who made the booking with TROOGLES through NEFT / RTGS / Crossed Cheque or via reverse credit card transaction at TROOGLES’ discretion.

All refunds (if due), are expected to take at least 15 days to 45 days to be processed. Hence, it would take at least 45 days to process any refunds.

Refund will be done with the same payment method used when booking, after deducting any incurred cancellation charges and/or actual bank charges for refund, for any services booked in advance and cancelled as per booking policy. For example, for clients who paid via bank transfer, the refund will be credited to the same bank account, while customers who paid using net banking mode, credit or debit card will be subjected to reverse transaction to their respective card account. 15-45 days is required for the refund amount to reflect in the client’s account.

Clients also have the option to keep the refunded money in their TROOGLES account. All clients who do so will be issued a credit certificate and can utilize the credits within 24 months.

Conditions of Travel

1 All clients are required to adhere strictly to the Tour Program. There will be no refund, should the client fail to join the tour group when the tour commences, or joins the tour group later or leaves the tour group prior to the tours’ completion. It is the sole responsibility of the client to arrive at the meeting point of the tour and register with the appointed representative of the company at the set venue, date and time.

2 If a client, along with his/her family member(s), are compelled to discontinue the tour due to any reason (e.g. illness, death, or loss of travel documents), no claims will be entertained for refund of unutilized services. Clients’ failure to arrive at the meeting point of the tour, will be treated as “no show” and 100% cancellation charges will be imposed.

3 If a client utilizes any pre-tour services or part thereof, or booked flight tickets (if booked under any offer), but fails to join the tour group for the main tour at the appointed venue, or cancels the tour after using the flight tickets or pre-tour arrangements or part thereof, such actions will be treated as “no show”. There will be no refund for the unutilized pre-tour or main tour services.

4 TROOGLES reserves the right to withdraw the tour membership for any client, whose behaviour is deemed destructive or likely to affect the smooth operation of the tour or affect the enjoyment or safety of other passengers negatively. TROOGLES shall not be responsible or liable for any actions of such a person.

5 Only TROOGLES’ directors, managers and employees, including agents, but not independent contractors hired by the company, receives immunity stated in this Refund Policy.

6 Every condition mentioned in this policy is severable and distinct from the others. If at any time, any provision is determined to be or to have become invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of the contract shall not in any way be affected or impaired. TROOGLES will not be liable for any consequential, incidental loss or additional expenses in respect of any tour, holiday or excursion facilities, exceeding the total amount paid or agreed to be paid for the tour holiday.

7 It is a booking requirement that all clients purchase travel insurance coverage. Client may purchase individual (optional) travel insurance at their own cost.

8 All prices quoted on TROOGLES Platform or brochure have been calculated at the prevailing rate at the time of publishing or printing. TROOGLES reserves the right to change or amend the prices published, in the event of increased fuel costs, special or high season charges imposed by suppliers, increase in flight or rail charges before the date of departure, and to surcharge accordingly. Clients are required to pay all increased prices in full prior to the departure.

9 If no suit or action is brought thereon against TROOGLES within seven days from the last day of the tour, TROOGLES shall be discharged from all liabilities under or arising from this policy.

10 In the event of publication of travel schemes offering discounts or benefits by TROOGLES, TROOGLES will have the sole right to withdraw such schemes or discounts at any time, unless a specific assurance of the contrary is issued.
